Ask anything
“Use WowCoach Forever to review my last dungeon run. What should we fix first?”
Why did we wipe on the first boss in my last run?
Read your last saved run
Read the deaths on each pull
Both wipes started the same way: the tank died first, to the same melee combo. On the kill, nobody died until late in the fight.
Next pull: save a defensive for that combo.
What a review shows
The questions after a wipe
Grouped the way you ask them, read from the events your game wrote to the log.
Why the pull went wrong
Start here
Death recaps
Who died, the killing blow, and the hits and heals that landed on them in the seconds before.
Damage taken
What hit the group hardest on each pull, ability by ability, and who it landed on.
What the group did
Damage and healing
Totals for every player on every boss pull, side by side, with each player’s own breakdown.
Interrupts and dispels
Each successful interrupt, who cast it and what it stopped.
Pull over pull
Every encounter
Every boss pull in the log, kill or wipe, with how long it lasted and how many people died.
Your journal
Save a run’s summary and come back to it. Reading, exporting and deleting never needs a membership.
How it works
Three steps. No upload.
- 01
Log the run
Turn on combat logging and play a dungeon or raid. The game writes the run to a WoWCombatLog file on your computer.
- 02
Open the file
Choose the file on the Analyze page. Your browser reads it in seconds, and once you are signed in it is kept as a report with its own link.
- 03
Keep what matters
Save a run’s summary to your journal and come back to it, pull by pull, whenever you want.
Never logged before? Type /combatlog in game before the first pull. Two-minute setup

FAQ
Questions we get
Is my combat log uploaded?
Only if you are signed in with a membership. Your browser reads the file and shows the report right away; for members the log is also uploaded, compressed, so the run is kept as a report with its own link. Signed out, the log never leaves your browser. You can delete any report, and its log, at any time.
Which content does it cover?
World of Warcraft: Forever dungeons and raids. Forever launches on Nov 4, 2026 with its dungeons, and the two new raids open on Dec 9, 2026. Questing and the open world are not analyzed.
What does it cost?
Nothing until World of Warcraft: Forever launches on Nov 4, 2026. After that, $2.99 a month, or included with a paid WowCoach.gg subscription.
Do I need an addon?
No. Type /combatlog in game before the first pull and the game writes the file itself. Advanced Combat Logging adds detail such as health and position.
Does it use AI?
Not on our side. Every number and every death recap comes from the events your game wrote to the log, read the same way every time. If you connect your own AI assistant, it reads the runs you saved and writes its own answer.
How is it related to WowCoach.gg?
It is the Forever edition of WowCoach.gg, with its own accounts and data. A paid WowCoach.gg plan includes it.
