1. Agreeing to these terms
WowCoach Forever (forever.wowcoach.gg, the “Service”) is owned and operated by WowCoach, LLC (“WowCoach”, “we”, “us”), a Texas limited liability company. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use it.
2. What the Service does
WowCoach Forever reads World of Warcraft: Forever combat logs in your browser and shows what happened in your dungeon and raid encounters: deaths and what caused them, damage and healing, interrupts and more. You can save a summary of a run to your personal journal. The Service does not use AI. We change and improve the Service over time; features may be added, changed or removed, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or that every figure is complete.
3. Your account
You sign in with Battle.net. You are responsible for keeping your Battle.net account and devices secure, for everything done under your account, and for telling us at support@wowcoach.gg if you think someone else is using it. An account is for one person.
4. Membership, billing and cancellation
- Price. Membership is listed on the pricing page; you agree to pay the price shown at checkout.
- Included with WowCoach.gg. While your WowCoach.gg account is on a paid plan, WowCoach Forever is included at no extra charge. Free trials of WowCoach.gg do not include it.
- Free until launch. Until 3:00 pm Pacific on November 4, 2026, when World of Warcraft: Forever launches, every signed-in account can use the Service, including saving runs, at no charge and without a payment method.
- No free tier after launch. From then on, saving new runs requires a membership. Without one you can still read, export and delete everything you already saved.
- Payments. Stripe, Inc. processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy. We never see your card number.
- Renewal. Memberships renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Cancellation. Cancel any time from your account page. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Price changes. We will tell existing members at least 30 days before a new price takes effect at their next renewal.
Refunds may be given at our discretion for service outages longer than 24 consecutive hours, billing errors or duplicate charges, cancellation within 7 days of a first-time subscription, or other exceptional circumstances. Email support@wowcoach.gg with your details.
5. Your logs and saved runs
Your browser reads your combat logs first. While you are signed in with a membership, a log you analyze is also uploaded so its report can be kept; logs and the reports and run summaries made from them remain yours, and you can delete them at any time. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process and display them to you as needed to provide the Service. A log records everyone in your group; in line with Blizzard Entertainment’s policies, character names and game data belong to Blizzard and are not treated as personal information. Do not submit summaries that are fabricated, unlawful or harmful.
6. Acceptable use
You must not scrape or bulk-download the Service, copy or resell its analysis or content, share or sell your account or membership, get around limits, access controls or security, disrupt or overload the Service, or use it to harass anyone or break the law. We may limit, suspend or close access for anyone who does.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service’s design, code, analysis and content (excluding your saved runs and Blizzard’s game content) belong to WowCoach, LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
8. Blizzard Entertainment
World of Warcraft, World of Warcraft: Forever, Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. WowCoach Forever is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. The Service reads combat log files written by the game client. It does not modify the game client, read game memory or automate gameplay. You are responsible for following Blizzard’s terms when you play.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on Blizzard Entertainment (Battle.net sign-in), Stripe (payments) and Amazon Web Services (hosting). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WOWCOACH, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO IT. Where the law does not allow these limits, they apply only as far as it allows.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WowCoach, LLC and its officers, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or your violation of anyone else’s rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, illegal activity or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time and can delete your account from your account page. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnification, survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the United States or another non-EU jurisdiction, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Texas, and both parties waive a jury trial; either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property. If you live in the European Economic Area, the arbitration clause does not apply to you, and you keep the protections of your country’s consumer law and the right to bring proceedings in its courts.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will update the date above and show a notice on the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
15. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and WowCoach, LLC about the Service.
